• taste Over-ripe bananas, toasted bread, citrus fruit and plum, giving way to raisin, bitter chocolate, fig and spice.
• finish Spiced pear, coffee, caramelised orange and liquorice. Followed by black cherries and treacle with a finish of plum, Demerara sugar and chocolate.
